How can we help?
Products & Materials
We work primarily with natural sheepskin and other carefully selected materials. Each collection has its own characteristics, texture and feel.
Yes. Our sheepskin products are made from very premium quality genuine sheepskins.
Not necessarily. Sheepskin is a natural material, so every hide has its own variation in color, texture, pile and shape. We believe these differences are part of its character.
The appearance of natural materials can vary depending on lighting, screen settings and the individual hide itself. Small differences in tone are completely normal.

For some products, yes. If you are looking for a particular color or tone, contact us before placing your order and we can let you know what is available.
Sample availability depends on the product and collection. If you would like to see a material or color before ordering, contact us and we will help you with the available options.
Orders
Simply select your preferred product, size and available options, then add it to your cart and complete checkout.
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Cancellation depends on the stage of your order. Orders that have already entered production may not be cancellable, particularly for custom-made pieces.
Many of our products are in stock. The stock orders ae shipped within 3-7 business days. For custom orders, the estimated production time is 6 to 8 weeks. Shipping time is also shown on the relevant product page.
Once your order is ready and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you can use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation. You can also visit our Order Track page.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, product and order details. Most of the time our prices includes shipping cost. The final shipping cost is shown during checkout if available.
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Most of the time your package will deliver within 7 days following your order. Please note that the delivery period begins after production is completed for made-to-order products.
Any applicable duties or taxes depend on the destination country. Where these costs are included in your order, this will be stated during checkout. For most of the destinations our price includes the taxes and fees.
We work with international carriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS, depending on the destination and shipment.
Occasionally, shipments can be delayed due to customs, weather or carrier-related issues. If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we will help investigate.
Please take photos of the package and the product before discarding any packaging, and contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and help with the next steps.
Care & Cleaning
Regular gentle vacuuming and shaking or airing the rug is usually sufficient for everyday care. For detailed instructions, please see our Care & Cleaning guide.
Cleaning requirements vary depending on the product and material. Please check the care instructions provided with your product before washing or treating it.
Yes. Use a gentle setting and avoid aggressive brushing or high suction that could damage the fibers.
We do not recommend machine washing unless the specific product’s care instructions explicitly allow it.
Allow it to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat. Do not use a radiator, hair dryer or other strong heat source.

You can use soap foam or carpet foam safely. Avoid strong household detergents or cleaning products unless they are specifically suitable for the material. If you are unsure, contact us before treating the rug.
Returns & Exchanges

Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide the necessary instructions.
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about a custom piece.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, subject to the terms of our return policy.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Yes. Trade and wholesale pricing may be available depending on the order and customer requirements.
Yes. We can work on custom sizes and larger projects depending on the design and material requirements.
